  • All our prices are already inclusive of GST. However, a delivery fee will be added on during checkout.
  • All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last!
  • Even though our florist select only the freshest flowers available, please note that sometimes products, may vary slightly in appearance when compared to images on the website. This is due to the nature of the product, with factors such as non-availability of certain products being taken into account. That being said, we take great care in ensuring that all flowers, greenery, fillers, containers and accessories are substituted with equal or greater value and look as similar as possible to the product displayed on the website.
  • Please call in store to ensure availability for large products before submitting your order. If we are not notified we cant guarantee products availability and the time should to be more than 12 h from placing the order on weekdays and 48 h if ordering falls on the weekend.
  • Best practice is to place order for delivery next day early.
  • Please note to purchase any alcoholic product you must be over 18 years old and your recipient needs to be over 18 yrs.
  • Courier has rights to check ID on delivery.
  • If our gift including alcohol receiver looks under 18 and is unable to present valid photo identification, your order will be partly cancelled.
  • Alcohol cannot be left unattended for any reason at any time.
  • If Our product including alcohol cannot be delivered we notify customer and arrange second delivery with extra delivery fee.
  • If your order has been partly cancelled because recipient cannot present valid photo identification or is intoxicated, your order the amount of alcoholic product will be refunded, If your order has been cancelled because you were unable to accept delivery because of an incorrect address or phone number then your order will be re-delivered or refunded- we will contact customer to discuss options. Orders will be refunded except for the delivery fee, which will be charged.
  • Products that include alcoholic beverages will be delivered between 10 AM- 7 PM.
  • We reserve the right to make substitutions without notifying the customer, unless substitution is significant. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you although we are not obligated to do so.
  • Because every day is unique and we can never predict what awaits us, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery times. Unless its funeral flowers.
  • Our deliveries will take place until 8 pm from Monday to Friday and until 8 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We will, however, try our best to priorities business deliveries according to standard business hours.
  • To ensure same day delivery, please make sure that you send your order to us before 11 am that same day. Purchase after that time might get same day delivery but not guaranteed. To ensure same day delivery order early or call in store and organize order through phone to have possibility for same day delivery. We might accept same day delivery if order can be delivered after normal business hours.
  • No one’s perfect and sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered or if you’d like to return it, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll make arrangements for the item(s) to be returned to us and for the correct product to be delivered to you ASAP. If the incorrect product is delivered to you, do not remove the product from its original packaging, open or use the product in any way. If the product is opened or used in any way and is not in the tippy-top condition that we delivered it in, you will be liable for a delivery fee.
  • All refunds will take between three to ten working days to reflect.
  • We do not offer same day delivery unless order is placed before 11 am in the morning or contacted with our customer service (phone call 0433855353 ) prior placing the order for approval.

 

Return & Refund Policy – Belfield Blooms

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered or collected. However, we are committed to providing the highest quality blooms and customer satisfaction.

If you believe your flowers were delivered in poor condition or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include a clear photo and your order number so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement arrangement delivered at no extra cost.

  • A partial or full refund.

  • A store credit for future purchases.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.

  • Flowers must be cared for as per our instructions for a refund or replacement to be considered.

  • Non-Perishable Items (Gifts, Vases, Candles, Dried Flowers, etc.)

    We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase, provided:

    • The item is in its original condition and packaging

    • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

    Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your:

    • Refund to the original payment method, or

    • Exchange, or

    • Store credit, as preferred

    • Sale items are final and not eligible for return unless faulty
